State war is a all-out brawl between Dynasty and Empire county, PVP map.   It is held on Saturdays at 1900 PDT and 1900 GMT+1 on alternated weeks, Daylight Savings time is in effect during PDT.  Please remember that the Daylight saving time is 1 hour head in Spring and -1 hour in Fall from Spring time.  This means that PDT +1 in Spring and PST +0 in Fall.

The war lasts for an hour and each side must accumulate the most Glory points before the timer reaches 0:00:00.  The minimum level to participate is 39, but recommend 65; if below then be a nuisance with stun/snares/sleep/poison/debuffs/hindering skills.  The war is held in Golden plains which can be reach by Hope Oasis on Empire's side and Armed Coast on Dynasty's side, but if you already in Golden Plains before the war starts please exit the map from your country's fortress exit and reenter to participate in the State War at the appropriate time.

There are 6 Steles on each side and they must be destroyed for the Dragon to be weaken.   The Stele gives 1,000 Glory points each, the Dragon gives +10,000 and killing any opposite countrymen is 1 Glory point each.  Defeating your enemy yields 1 Honor and a portion of Reputation so long the enemy is within 10 levels of your level; Honor and Reputation only applies to players vs players not players vs environment or pets.

The Steles are located through out the map and are guarded by NPC soldiers who each have a special attribute on different Steles.  For example, 1 Stele has HP Round while another will have MP Rebound; etc, and sometimes mixed.  The dragon however has an extremely large amount of HP, HP rebound, Resistance and Defense that requires team effort to kill, but 3x stronger if the Steles are not ALL destroyed.   Slaying the dragon and destroying the Steles will boost your country's Glory to 16,000 plus the amount of times your enemy been slain regardless if by NPC, Pet or Player which will yield Glory 1 point.

Catapults and the Flying Fortress may be used inside the State War as well as teleporters, Potions, well everything since there are no restrictions.

The Top 10 players that accumulated Glory points of the winning side will gain a national prize that can contain VIP items, Title Deeds or Enhancement stones (ex FIre skill Damage%, Def, Skill AP, etc).  Furthermore, the top 3 players who gained the most Glory points will gain an additional National Package that yields the same possibilities with better chance.   I've gain legends and title deeds 1 and 2, and a Blessed stones B so far from these packages.
