Bloodlust Heart

Can someone explain to me how to use Bloodlust Heart. I just got the crafting skill to make them and don't know how to use them. Thanks

use em to enchant armor/weapons at the production principal under the enchanting option

remember that the Bloodlust Heart (BH) only usable to certain range of item depends on its level.
