Help on Growing weopen soul

I have a +3 beluga surfy sword. And i was wondering if it reaches 100% is there anyway for me to increase it to +4 without using another surfy sword or anything else... But it still ends up as surfy sword.. Cause i wasted one of my other sword, i used a lvl 18 sword to absorb.. And it becomes a +2 lvl 18 sword...

u need at least a sword or axe any level to feed into the soul to increase its level. if u want to remain the surfy sword, just use blacksmith heart and feed the gw with any lvl sword/axe.
