unable to login

hivipinvv

my username is hivipinvv and the name of the character is vipin (lvl 43) in dawning server. I was just trying the option "teleport to world arena", i got an error message, it was not in english, some alphamumeric error message. so i restarted the program, now i am not able to login. keep on getting same error message. i restarted the computer and until now it is not working. all other charcter in the same username i could login. pls restore it.

Would you please try to download the latest manual patch on this page http://mwo.enjoymmo.com/uncatego ... l-update090814.html
Then go to run the MWO.EXE under your game folder .So it will auto patch .
If still have any problems, please send ticket to GM

if it doesn't autopatch, just extract it in the same folder gc.exe and mwo.exe is in...

I try to download but it is not working, i get the error message, package is damaged.

would you like to completely clean the MWO client and reinstall the latest version of game?
If you are still unable to log in game please send a ticket to mwo@support.enjoymmo.com with your character and server, GMs will test it for you! ^-^
