problem downloading game...

hmm, when i download the downloader from the site, it downloads fine. when i start the downloader it will run for maybe 20-40 seconds perfectly fine before it just shuts down and deletes the downloader. my firewall and real time security are down and i have tried to run as admin. always the same result and auto deletion of the downloader. please help

Run in xp mode for the game if you aren't. other than that, i am not sure. this problem i haven't heard of before. the down loader being deleted.
I haven't failed. I have found 10,000 ways that wont work.

still happens, and my firewall continuously states that file Artemis!1B9AA775ED36 is a trojan, and somehow macafee does not have any way to "trust" a file... i have done everything i know how to do....

what kind a game are u download or install?? if the file detect have a trojan, then myabe just try nonaktif your firewall or antivirus program.  and try download or install again

I did have firewall and stuff down LIKE I SAID ABOVE... Only way i could run the downloader. I just gave up on the downloader and downloaded the 5+ hour thing.... And would that artemis thing be bad for my computer?

are u sure u already nonaktif your firewall n antivirus??? how your computer tell you "file Artemis!1B9AA775ED36 is a trojan". IF U NONAKTIF your firewall n antivirus??? u know how to nonafktif your firewall n antivirus program????

Hi,

Could you please paste the link where you download the downloader here? Please relax , everything downloaded from our official site are scanned by more than 1 anti-virus software , i think it's a misreport and it should be the reason why the downloader was deleted.
It's a long long way to learn.

Sometimes you can turn  virus program into "Silent Mode" where temporarily for a period of time, it wont react to anything as though its off. I know my Norton has it. I had to do it on more than one occasion for a game. Check it out, probably under some setting menu. Best wishes hope it gets sorted.
