Siege war suggestions

After attending many siege wars, I do not think they work as intended.  I have some suggestions to improve the wars for the future, and hopefully make them more enjoyable.  Please let me know what you think.
1. Guards should not give exp, or give much less.  Rather than focusing on destroying a fence or dragon, many come here only to level up (I'll admit, I have been guilty of this myself before).
2. Mnemonic stones should not work within siege map.  This allows players to get within the city without breaking a fence
3. Ice mage and dire warrior should not be able to teleport into the city, using dimension mirror or brave attack.  This allows these characters to lure the dragon in the city to a cliff and kill it, without ever breaking a fence.  Maybe the skill could be disabled in this map, or only in certain map areas.
4. Before the war starts, there should be a message stating how to participate and what you may get as a reward.  Many players dont know how to join, and many more dont go because they think it is pointless and don't know about the potential rewards.
5. Reduce the fence regeneration rate, or remove entirely.  They already have alot of health, and with the regeneration rate many players get very bored hitting a fence for 15-30min.

1-disagree , the exp makes it more interesting, no reason to take it off.

4-VERY MUCH AGREE, this would help ALOT.
5-Defenetly, im not sure because ive only had 1 siege war, but im sure if there are less peoplle than on empire on the alpha 2 (WE WON!) it would be impossible with the regeneration rate.
I agree, I actually strongly feel that the fence should loose it's regen, there should be a focus on the Dragon as that's the goal and each siege we should be able to get to the dragon and get into the city. I know you think the fence regen is fine "it works for the chinese" but they also have more players too. as our playerbase gets larger I can see you increasing the hp of the fences and regen but until then it's too much.

I'd also suggest getting rid of the fence and making a gate like in Prison instance, then putting a tower like in State war instead and name it the Gate Tower so we destroy the Gate Tower and it triggers the gate to open allowing us entrance to the city. (like when you kill ralph in instance it opens the next gate so you can move further in) having the fence is very... cheesey and ruins the feel of the siege a gate however would fit well with the image.

Guards should not give XP, simple solution we are not there to level our chars (tho I have done it myself as well) we are there to siege a City and bring Glory to our Nation. To make up for this make it so whoever wins the siege gets 10% of their level for XP. now you have succesfully made it worth the effort and you'll see the best sieges you could of ever imagined. (loosers of the war will still earn 2% of level so you don't go home empty handed).

Make the Dragon return to his area of spawn, basically make him stay in a designated area so that he can not be pulled to walls or areas where players can atk him outside the city walls. (maybe allow him to stun if he does not already)

Increase the Dmg of the guards, right now I can tank all of them with a healer, also this will prevent any 1 person from being able to sneak inside the city and lure the dragon as he would be killed rather fast. as well as makeing symbols in there too as you would still be killed just as soon as you went in. this is a siege we should work as a nation and together and it will take more then just 1-5 players to walk into the city I expect lots of deaths on our (the players) side and the need for healers and properly made teams to work together and kill the guards and work our way into the city to the dragon.

Add mages and Priests to the guards for the city, allow the guards to heal, not alot of them but just enough to see a few and know that we should target them first so they cant heal the other guards and AoE us. this is a Siege for a City it should be well defended by all class's not just archers and warriors.

That about covers all I have to add for now. I hope to see some changes as it's very hard to get players to goto siege and I see less and less each siege. I hope to see more victories from earned glory rather then dragon kills it should be a very large achievment to make it to the Dragon let alone kill it.

1. Disagree entirely.  There's really no point in going if we don't get exp.  Who wants to kill a bunch of guys, spending money for pots and repairng, and not get anything but a few lowsy stones?
2. Agree with this one.  Shouldn't be able to use mnemonic here at all =/.
3.  Disagree.  A single ice mage or warrior can't kill the dragon alone in an hour.  Luring the dragon to a fence is a strategy to allow others to attack without killing the fence.
4. Highly agree.  At least put an faq or something about it somewhere.  Would be nice to not have to tell 40 individual people how to go =/.  THen again, even with some message, we'd probably still have to tell people.
5.  I'm half and half on this one.  Fences add a bit of strategy to the map.  YOu can work around them, spending a little bit of brain power, or you can simply destroy them, using up time.  The hp regen does suck though.  That simply shuts out any possiblity of 2 or 3 people breaking the fence.
1. Like ala I disagree with this, the exp is what makes it worthwhile, without the exp there is about no point in going. You get to go kill a fence kill a dragon and get junk 9/10 times, with a slight possibility of legend. Woop-de-doo =P.

2. Yeah mnemonics should be disabled like they are while in most instances and saint beast.

3. I kinda agree with this, they shouldn't be able to tele in but its not really a major deal. If you have enough people to kill dragon generally could break the fence if you really wanted.

4. Yes there really needs to be something that tells players how to join. As soon as the war starts you see about 10 people on country "What is this war how do I join how do I get to it etc etc."

5. I don't think the regen should be removed. The fence isn't a huge problem if you can get everyone to work together. Maybe have it lowered a little, but it doesn't matter too much. I mean if they removed it then there would really need to be no team work here at all.

The difficulty of the archers and warriors and stuff should increase though as its just going to get easier and easier to do.
