Trivia Contest Questions Wanted(Updated 9/02)

The first round is end. We will start next round as soon as we send the prize of first round. And the one who has got prize in first round can't win prize in the next round. It is in order to give more people chance to get wings and pt!

Trivia Contest is a new system of MWO which will be released in the new version in the near future. It is just like an encyclopedia. You need to possess sufficient knowledge to answer questions covering various aspects. If you can answer them correctly in the time window, you will also be rewarded lots of experience. We will publish a detailed guide of Trivia Contest on our official website when it is released.

Now, as our repository of trivia questions is not very large, we decided to collect questions from our players. The questions can be from different subjects such as math, history, art, biology etc, and most of them should not be too difficult to be answered. We play for fun, not for research, right? All the questions should be in the format of multiple choice questions, and you can submit them here

GM will select the questions and determine whether they are suitable. The 1st, 2nd,and 3rd place winners judged by the number of questions accepted will get a wing and 200pt. The 4th -10th will get some platinum. For each question you submit and we accept, you will receive 3 platinum, so if you submit 10 questions, you will get 30 platinum. This rule is only to 4th - 10th.

We will post the event progress every Monday on our official website and forum. The event will last until 23:59 PST Aug. 31, 2008 and we will announce the final winners shortly afterwards.

Add a new rule:

You can't use several accounts to compete. We will check IP and choose one account only!

We will announce the number of questions you submit on every Monday, and we won't divulgen your account. We will use NO.1, NO.2...

After the event ends on Aug, 31, our GM will begin to select qualified questions. The result will counted by the final number of your questions!

Nice, glad to see how this game is kept alive with steady updates and contests.

Just one thing. Since you have to enter your account's name on the form, I hope you will NEVER list the account names when the progress or final results are published...

Having a secret account name is as important as having a good password... just recently had some e-drama in region chat about hacked accounts.
And if you publish the winners of x00 plats and/or wings along with the account's names, you can be sure that these accounts will be brute-forced 24/7 soon...

1. Ingle Games does not guarantee that all submitted questions will be placed online in Magic World Online. Once you've submitted the questions, Ingle Games has the right to use, edit, modify or delete them by our editorial staff at any time.

2. You must be the copyright owner of posted questions, or the copyright owner of such questions has granted you permission to use such content.

3. If you find someone submitted questions which he/she does not own the copyright to, we will gladly remove it from the questions database upon request. Please report such infringement at mwo[AT]support.enjoymmo.com, and we will investigate as soon as possible, and will immediately remove any offending material.

Can trivia questions be copyrighted? just wondering... all my questions involved general knowledge that I don't own any copyright to

I'd guess that c&p of Trivial Pursuit or Who Wants To Be A Millionaire? questions and answers would somehow be copyright infringement.

Anyway, where can we see the questions database?

You will have 30 seconds to answer each questions! Each round has 10 questions!
