Pet Peeves about GM and tickets, and plats, etc.

There's probably a million other people who have certain problems with this Game and how certain GMs answer tickets, or how Plats are priced at 46.99 USD for 1100 plats which seem to be more expensive compared to other free mmorpgs....and i think i know why.

They've simply hired too many useless GMs.

for example, i was talking to GM #1 (i wont mention any names here to save embarassment of the GMs i have problems with), and things were going "OKAY" and in the end, i asked that GM John be notified of this and reply to the ticket at his earliest convenience,

the today, i get a reply from GM#2 stating that it's National Holiday, which i was aware of, because I wished them a Happy Anniversary in my ticket....   to which i replied "okay, np, thanks for letting me know"

and just 3minutes ago, i get another email from GM#3, stating that GM John's on holiday (gosh gee, really?! i didn't know!!) {:3_68:} {:3_68:}

Which brings me to the answer of why plats are so damn expensive:
It's because they dont have redundancy in their system, and they have 3 GMs to do crap, with what 1 well trained GM could do sufficiently.

So this is a Petition to GM John, or whoever the hells' the boss to fire 2/3's of their GM staff, and cut the prices of plats by two-thirds, or at least a reasonable amount, and make everyone happy [except the bad GMs that aren't really GMs]

problem solved! but no one likes my ideas or thoughts.   FML.

agreed 100% the gm's from live help should acually know what this stuff is its kinda funny im finding they favor some too i guess the guys not complaining cause i accidently lost my +5 vest and i quote they told me " to bad tough lesson to learn" so why did anoghter player get his st legend back + 10 senoirs and i didnt man i wish i lived in the usa cause this game could get sued so easy its not funny im still pissed about this and only response i get is " ill pass on your problem to a senior gm " uhmmm have i got an email nope no response in days they also told me anoughter time if they helped me out nd gave back my +5 vest theyd have to do it for all who made this unfortunate mistake SO WHERES MY ST VEST N SENIORS CAUSE U GAVE OTHERS THERES BACK surpirsed im not baned yet idc about the free plats gone but the free hammers should be brought back cause now its rediculasly hard to find any mall items n i dont think someone is gonna spend there money to trade for usless stuff u can find in a week of trying hard neways i could go on forever on how they suck but whatever i acept it for what it is i just fell bad for any new players cause they gonna quit after lvl 45 since they have no chance the pser revolution will come n ill be happy

i tryed to get married something went wrong told them they told send ticket and i told them to do it for me and i just come to find out that he never sent the ticket and i asdke if only they could give me dress and 1mil so i try again and nothing gm didnt even respond

lol where are you on sundays? i could care less about the free plats/10hammers for every lv40 people make, it's just kind of funny, that a company would keep doing stuff to make you NOT want to buy plats, and the more you try justifying that you should, more problems arise.

thanks for all the support everyone they probably won't be doing anything about it, but at least this is a good rant for us all...back to the drawing board to make a unique build that's half as good as a plat one....but for free.   <-- i wish they had an emoticon with the same face except no middle finger...feels weird giving someone the finger everytime i just look =,="bleh

i tried pushing /asking for repair oils to replace bliss S-D on monday (like 3 in a stack) or something, but the response in forums seemed little, so didn't bother sending in a ticket for suggestion.

they should allow anything that's under 50 plats drop..including plat bag (make it super rare?)
i think that'd bring more of the veterans back. but the new boss areas should be a "no bot zone" if it's possible to implement.

lvl 55,57,59,60,70,72,74 sometimes are from YDB and drop from bosses,
Lucky hammer also can get those SB but my friend got a lvl 70SB from a lvl 7 egg

15# xqme Tickets have been sent in about the monday prize ages ago by several players they said usual thank you for your suggestions blah blah blah.
IAMLBM Seriously doubt they'll bring back the hammers on the levels prize as it was removed due to the over farming of them and as they can be got on Sundays there really is no need to add them as a further prize in levels.And there not going to add Blessed ( s ) to be picked up at instances or even seniors for that matter, same reason GM's give to a player who suggested blessed (s) as the monday prize, sorry but it would encourage players to farm for them,
Rep oils as been suggested to be sold at npc's again the negative response from GM's,  All these items Repair oils. Blessed ( s) attribute protect and senior intensified Crystal can all be got from Hammers and sorry Its a personal choice wether players buy plats or not,if a free player chooses to stay a free player, the player cannot complain that certain Mall Items are not added to the game to be got easily to give free players a better chance. The whole concept of buying items in a game with real cash is to generate a income and therefore the buyers quite rightly  should have certain advantages over free players.

  so far i only seen someone get lvl 70SB, wing & soul weapon...   i think every lvl of the lucky hammer will get random item.
