Well i did get lucky twice. First time i got a IAS Neckie lvl 4 from the Elite inside the Pan Box lvl 6 and the second time another pan lvl 6 had a IAS lvl 6 Neckie inside. Like everything else in this game its random and depends soley on luck.

lvl 4 onwards u get something good sometimes, but if u r buying lvl 3 or 4 box for 40 k or so, is it worh it? no. even if u get a necklace , no.

Yes, I'm tired of getting Magic stones 10x in a row in a lvl 6 pandora box.

It's like that's the only thing beside low level armor compared to the maps you get the boxes.

the key to open a box is expensive, we r not getting any item that worth the key to open it. it is ridiculous.

i'm going to try to make this as friendly as possible....

you dont HAVE to open the boxes, you CHOOSE to...
albeit, the items aren't AWESOME....i was tempted to vote "yes", but i've opened over a thousand boxes and have never gotten any ias/iscs jewelery, or anything. just things to decomp into perfect powder and excellent powders to craft

anyways, if you're arguing that drops should be better from PB boxes, then i have to counter that with "if it goes, that means PB boxes drop rate will have to decrease. just to maintain the rarity of the items you WANT to get.

YDT has just as bad a drop rate for anything good, you dont see the higher levels complaining =P (or do we?!?!?!?!?!)

i also think the elites are a little under powered also possibly raise the lvl on the spawns i hea lvl 3 spawns a lvl 40 elite a lvl 4 box should not spawn a lvl 35 and level 5  spawning a lvl 42 is a true disappointment haven't gotten a spawn from a level 6 box but at this pattern it will spawn a  Ox Header
if you look at the maps the Elites  come from 3 tunnel, 4 Alaman, 5 spirit, then 6 is beast camp? personally i didn't go to these maps in that order i trained at first Alaman then tunnel and then beast camp then spirit hopefully the level 6 elite will be Bloodlust Evil  but i doubt it

i dont bother opening pan box 4,3,2,1..
set bot didnt pick it up, unless needed to exchange for magic stones or green mines.

itès all aboy luck I once opened a pandora box level 4 and a level 55 boss came out the gurads killed it for me and I got last shot! I got a Godès Tear from the boss!
