I cant take any Gquest

well im experienced to doing this quest. but now i cant take it anymore.. i started to re instal the game and updating the patch, again and again.. but it doesnt work.
But someone give me advice to check my PC requirement..

My opinion is bcoz i didnt use any Graphics Card..
The only one my Graphics Card was broken.. (bcoz i played too hard for this game   )
i use this type of Card..
NVIDIA GeForce 7300 LE

Well.. is it necessary to buy the new Card? coz my OnBoard Video is more than enough to play the game..
if the answer is "NO" how can i take Gquest again without my Graphics card?

dont think high lvl graphic card is needed for this game...mine is 128mb n workin fine

First of all like Carlito said what lvl are you, second do you even belong to a guild? If the game works for you everywhere else i dont see why it wouldnt for you doing GQ (Guild Quests). And how exactly didnt it work for you. You may not know this but there are certain types of GQ that are glitched, for example:

a) Some will require you to kill mobs in neutral maps like the Tunnels or Alaman Tribe. As soon as you enter those maps you will lose the quest, or

b) Some quests will have ...added Attributes +0 Strength... these type of quests - and there are a lot fo them - are with absolutely no rewards to you or to your guild, so its best not to do those, they are a total waste of time.

So what ever your problem is concerning GQ can you be a little more explicit?

PS: Sorry i forgot to add that after you pick up a GQ and before you have turned the finished GQ in DON'T USE THE FREE TELEPORTER THRU AUCTION HOUSE, or again you will lose the quest.

im lvl 43 in Dawning, my Char is Mastercool, i joined Nine_Slayers Guild, i started from the warior position, till i reached the Foreigen Minister of the guild.. but now our president put me on Interior Minister coz i can help him to controll the guild member on this position, wich is like to fire member, recruiting, accepting new member, give new position to another member.

i have done  so MANY Guild Quest before.. till a few days ago.. i cant do (take) it anymore(begining from the Xmas event ). Its not just i cant take it, but its not appear on the NPC.. i have 300.000 donation (writen on guild bar) for the guild.. it means than i realy experienced to do this quest.
And all the tips from Katharina (thanks for that) i have knew all of them..

Maybe this is the bug for my char, but ive tried it with another character too.. its still doesnt work.

Sorry to hear about your troubles. The amount of donations don't matter, i happen to have over 8 mill, so something is definately wrong with your account. I suggest you contact Live Support or send a ticket explaining your problem, hope they can help you!

PS: Forgot to mention that im Foreign Minister of my guild but that shouldnt make any difference.
PPS: Also if you happen to go to maps such as IM or Bog, i don't know if the same thing happens when you've been to other neutral maps beyond Vestige like Crime Abysm etc. After having been there and returning to your City  the GQ will scroll acrossed the screen once and immediately after a new one will appear, which means the same quest won't scroll acrossed the screen for a while, but when u go to the required NPC there are no quests available and this will continue unless you completely close your client and log in fresh. I just thought I'd mention that.

Yeah..tought so.. My char has so many trouble like i cant mastered some of skil even i cast it hundred times..
Its not just me who cant take the quest.. Il try to send ticket..
