cant log in plz help

hello there.i played MWO some months ago, love the game but stoped some months.now id like to play again, using my old char but...when i select the char, a message box appears with a strange symbols and an 'ok' bottun, i click it and try to start game but...the countdown reaches 0 and nothing happens...im very sad cause thats my best char, so if anyone can help me id be grateful!!

well..it did the auto update...but ill try manual then...thnx for help!!

the manual update is important so you can convert it to MWO V2

i hade the same problem i hade to reinstal the game ...and now works just fine
