Disconnected again and again and again

I had that problem like 3 weeks ago. I also know some people that still get d/c here n there. Could be server or internet provider. Mine was caused because of bad weather through my provider.

I work for my DSL company as tech support. Its not my internet and if you check SS, almost all was getting DC. The toon is stuck and not moving but chat is still working. This has been happening on and on

Typical response from any GM in any game. DC, and its your fault. Kinda like the time the whole Bitcomet I server crashed. Everyone, no matter what they were doing, was disconnected. I wonder how they explained to 100+ ppl on one server that it was their fault and the bad connection one person supposedly got was contagious or something. Funny thing is they have changed the port for the server more than once, but yet again, every connection problem is our fault.

I seem to go through phases.  I may have a few days without any dc and then for several days, I can do nothing in game because I dc every few minutes.  I know that Pili has the same problem.  My internet connection and pc stayed the same through both.  I can accept an occassional error causing dc problems on my end but when it seems to be wide-spread to more than just myself, I think there is a bigger problem.  Many people had issues during the past double exp event.  I spent more time resetting a team than leveling anyone during double exp.

Is matinence going on?  I am relatively new here and i cannot log in never had trouble before just wondering if they are doing some type of matinence on the server today

GM replied me: "It might caused by a disconnection to serve. It will be fine when you relog in the game."
if someone was online too long, some scripts from server will do you disconnect. Therefore, u have to stand on PC all days, wait for dc then relog.Thats what they want.And then they
said "Last as to your disconnection, I am afraid it was fine on our side. Furthermore we haven't received such a report from other player yet. I am afraid it might caused by temperarily disconnection happened on your district. "

They abuse for my internet connect, thats my fault, thats so funny. Many ppl r tired of these,and there r no reports about this, so they have more reason to abuse us.

I agree, its stupid. This is partly the reason why I quit in the first place. I regretted having to go back to this crap game with crap GM service

The server is overload from merging, but the Game technique cant follow with the growing of players. That show us that Gm or developers dont have their abilities to fix otherwise prevent ppl by disconnecting them. I wonder why they dont hire me to solve this? They use many reasons to abuse us and thats our fault. I absolutely dont understand.

I also have my own private server but i come back with my friends. I am very tired of logging all times as what they request me to relog :))
