I seen a player selling a superior soul of growing weapon.How to get the quest for superior growing weapon please help me and does it makes a weapon +7 directly??

The superior soul of growing weapon was given away in the event held last year. The quest for superior growing weapon no long exists and the only you can make your superior growing weapon is : when you upgrade your growing weapon to +7, exchange it at the blacksmith in the main city and he'll upgrade your growing weapon to a superior growing weapon.
