Open Beta of Magic World Online

After 2 months of Closed-Beta testing, the long-expected Open Beta of Magic World Online will finally begin on June 20, 2008. An MMORPG with some of the most fantastic new concepts and original game designs, MWO has already won over hearts of many players during its Closed Beta.
   
    During the official Open Beta, players can experience some very exciting new features in MWO:
   
    1. While having a romantic relationship in game is certainly fun, but it might not be quite enough for some serious committed love birds.  Why not have a beautiful wedding to make the ultimate commitment? In the Open Beta, a new Marriage System will be added to make this possible.

    2. An Official Position System will be introduced to allow players gain distinctions by contributing to their countries and fellow citizens. The honor and reputation gained from the Position System are not the sole purpose for players to fight hard, but, they certainly provide  extra encouragement for the players.

    3. There will be a new expanded map named Hero Island for all the brave adventurers to explore.

    4. Furthermore, The 12 Evil Zodiac, the most dangerous instance ever in MWO history, will be opened to all players who are ready to face the ultimate challenge.

    The client file of MWO Open Beta is ready for download at http://mwo.enjoymmo.com. Registration will be quick and easy at http://mwo.enjoymmo.com/register/. Both download and registration are absolutely free. All Closed Beta players will only need to update a small patch to be ready for the Open Beta.

    A brand new server world will be open on the date of Open Beta for players who wish to have a new beginning.

great we already had 3 ghost servers now we have yet another one. also explain how evil zodiac and hero island are new? they have been in game already and I have been going to hero island for like a month now lol, evil zodiac has always been open just bugged did you fix the bug? I can't know since you don't post patch notes like EVERY game company does.

Tell us what's new in open beta since so far all that I can see is maybe you put the Official ranks back in that's.... about.... it....

Official ranks were already in before ob.  ONly new thing I see is Palace.

what is the diffrence between closed and open beta do we lose our chars?

If im not mistaken and someone can correct me if im wrong but the difference is that closed beta is still kinda testing the game and finding bugs and the dev's will fix as many bugs as they can so they can get the game to its best befor open beta. And Open beta pretty much means the finally product. It should be all the bugs fixed, everything in the game that should be in there and ect. I know this is probably a chopping reply but i hope that answers your question.

From what I've seen though Jas, most of the bugs I've encountered are still in game.   The closed beta to open beta jump didn't really change much of anything.

yup. everything they said has already been in CB, lol. nothing has changed from CB to OB, lol. the dreadful MP Pot bug is still here.
