Guild questions..

I am needing to know how to gain access to the battlefield map for the guild stuff.

Is there a quest or something that I need first?

no you dont need anything there should be some guild thing that you can click on in order for it to teleport you to the battle field area

You asked "How can I obtain guild experience?"  Great question!

You can obtain guild experience by completing the "scrolling quests" that scoll across the top of your screen approximatly every 30 minutes.  The other way to obtain guild experience is to purchase Guild Spoils.  Guild Spoils are 50pt and can be purchased at the Mall.


SCROLLING QUESTS:  These quests offer much more than just guild experience!  They offer gold prizes, player experience, and bonus attributes!!

Bonus attributes examples are, +1 item drop,+5 power, +3% fire resistance... the attributes are random, and you can combine those attributes (up to 5 at a time!)  So I can do 5 scrolling quests and possibly end up with +5% phys dmg, +1 dmg, +2pc singular resistance, +6 hit rate, and +1 skill dmg.... those combined together make your leveling experience pretty helpful for the rest of the day!

Ok just some pointers of what you should avoid since a lot of Guild quests that scroll accrossed the screen are bugged:

a) Even though a Guild Quest may ask you to enter the Tunnel to kill certain mobs, DON'T because as soon as you enter a neutral map, you will lose the quest.

b) don't use the free of charge teleporter via Auction house after you picked up a Guild Quest or before turning a finished one in or again,you will lose the quest.

c) Pay attention to the special attributes you can gain from doing guild quests. If you happen to run accrossed the one that says at the end; "Added health 0" forget it, its bugged and won't gain you or your guild anything.

These bugged guild quests have been part of MWO for as long as i can think and it seems they will never do anything about them.
