you dont take it anywhere.... you need either green metal mine or green crystal mine... just 1 single one (get from either Alaman Tribe (Empire) or in Goblin Tribe (Dynasty) and requires lvl 1 mining and is scattered all round the place) then just right-click on the mine and then click on the magic anvil to open it
hellsummon lvl 77 Falling Angel (genesis)
hellshooter lvl 71 sunscreening master (genesis)

U can get  Magic Anvil from : Legend Guard Boss ( Alaman or Gobline Tribe)like a rare drop  or MWO Mall . But u only can get 25 % rate to obtain 1 legend gear from it,better option is Crystal anvil ( Magic Anvil x 2 ) u got 90 % for legend item.  If u got a good lv 42+ team just go to RPI ( Royal Prison Instance and kill some bosses for legend items. Good luck

magice aniven can if luck can get legend we can get from lv 45 boss adn upper rare drope
