Since MWO was launched more than a year ago, we’ve offered the best services we can by our limited manpower. Our effort is being appreciated and wins praises through all players’ cooperation and understandings despites some delays in our services due to the lack of GMs. Now, an increasing number of players not only shows the prosperity of the game but also encourages us to build up a more extensive customer service system, therefore better serving the needs of all players.
what we’re preparing are as follows:
1.Live Help system. Before, the service was only limited to the game and forum. Now, players can get necessary assistance while surfing the website with the system called Live Help. Simply by clicking it, you will have a conversation with GM.
2.New Msn Group. For a better communication with vast players, a new MSN group named group256683@groupsim.com is set up, on which you can talk about the game or just chat. After a while, we will select an administrator for the MSN group on the basis of the players’ performance.
3.20*7 Service. At present, a brand new group of GMs is in making to cover the period of time that we hadn’t been able to cover before. This service group will be providing assistance through the game and Live Help to give you a better experience. In addition, we’d also like to apologize, in advance, for any possible delayed or not accurate enough answers that you may get since the group is newly established. Meanwhile, we also believe they will progress quickly if having your understandings.
Last but not least, thank everybody for your support and faithful stay with us. We’ll continue our effort to seek the best services for you!

Also for the first time started seeing frequent GMs online via gmtest, lol.

Fix your focking bugs and glitches before even talking about any kind of service! You have delivered no kind of service EVER!
Get focking real GMs.
GMs do respond occassionally but their knowledge is questionable

I Think That GMA (In GM Assists), GMA Are In-Game Plays Not With Any GM Power but Only 2 Help and Send In Info To GMs About things, Having Input From Players Who PLAY The Game Helps Loads. Give it Some thoughts GMs ^^

Well I guess this is the best place to place my comment regarding the game

First Regarding the games bugs abused by the players of WMO,

I hears that somebody got penalized by doing such thing but on the other hand I call it Double Jeopardy (personal opinion)

instead it will be better to reward those players who explore bugs inside the games and reported the bugs to you instead of penalizing then in this way you a have a sort on testing players that reports bugs inside the games... im a player myself that experiences bugs that in favors me..

tell me, why would I tell those bugs to you if im improving my games through those bugs... I hope you see my point

Of course players will report those bugs if you will offer reward... and things go on blah blah blah

Inappropriate items from treasure map

like treasure maps from Ice Mountain, Bog, Turtle and Wave Island, ordinary mobs drop item of lvl 60 to 80 but if you open the Treasure maps on those game maps you will get lvl 45 to 55 items so why would i waste my time opening those treasure maps if only disappointment awaits

Second thing... we all know that this game survives because of plat buyers...
I believe that some item pricing on mall is not well planned for their prices

For instance the Unsealing Stamp (1 pc or single use) to open the sealed young dragons treasure (sYDT) from treasure hunter  that cost 200 plats, who would buy that Unsealing Stamp if players can wait for the high level to get Young Dragons Treasure from the Boss Drops specially if the high level players dont need that item or SB.. sometimes these player sell it for 10 plats to 100 plats or by golds.

Maybe just maybe players like me will buy it for 200 plats if there is no limit on using it..

I strongly suggest to review your pricing on mall...

also I suggest lower the price on mall.. to encourage more plat buyers...

I know that you are gaining number of players but is it proportionate to the number of plat buyer or you you're decreasing plat buys per server
