Market Channel. Save on the headaches...

I'll try this again. I'm assuming that I placed it in the wrong section before.

The 'suggestions' are in two parts. Both, I feel can vastly improve game play but if only one can be dealt with then I'd hold out for the 1st.

For now.

(I placed this first a few hours back then went back to the game. On opening Country Chat, much like  the Pandora's Box of old! I was confronted once again with the reasons I would like to see my suggestion implemented).

I'm in no way a 'prude'. Far from it. But I am an adult that feels more than uncomfortable with having to wade through the nonsense, most of it foul and abusive that can be found on Country chat while waiting to sell/buy items.

It does tend to mainly be the same few 'bad apples' that ruin the atmosphere. As the GM's don't seem to feel that IP bans are 'productive' for the game then mayhap you may wish to think, or perhaps act? on the suggestion/s below.

Hey. I'm sure I'm not the first person to suggest this. We need a separate Market Channel, removed from Country Chat. I can't be the only person that gets frustrated with trying to sell items on Country only to have some complete numpty spamming the chat which pushes your advert off the screen. Sort it out. I for one have no real desire to, perforce read through the badly worded/thought out ramblings of the majority of hallions on Country when all I wish is to make a bit of extra ingame gold.

(EDIT)-I forgot to mention that this would cut down on ingame disputes/flaming/pointless misunderstandings, et cetera. The channel could be moderated by the players themselves so if one person spammed they could be blacklisted, or whatever, taken apart behind the bike sheds, whatever floats the collective boat.

Also. The exp points system. Can this not be made more honest? Why can we not have exp points for harvesting, for example that get counted toward your overall lvl? Exp points should be given for duration of combat and not only for defeating the creature. This would make it a lot easier for people of lower/mid lvl's to get where they wish to be.
What say you?

Thanking you in advance for your attention in this matter.

Market channel is good idea, I'd also like to see the foul mouth chatters to tone it down, they get away with filthy language because they put a v where a u goes? It's still plain what they are saying, they should improvise a system where the guilty party would lose chat ability in stages;
for instance:
1st offense lose chat privileges for 1 hour
2nd offense lose chat priveleges for 1 day
3rd offense lose chat privileges for 1 week
4th offense lose chat privileges for 1 month
5th offense be banned
this would give plenty of warning & would cut down on the   totally disgusting chat & if they don't want to stop then it will eventually get rid of them. Of course they would need to have GM's to enforce it, but it's an idea.
Who is gonna moderate the chat?
Market channel is a good idea..
All i want to see for the market channel is for it to have the ability to display more linked items in chat...
If the GMs consider making the market channel available in the new upcoming patch..

lol come to bitcomet I. theres always chatting going on in country
1st... what makes u think that everyone is gonna use the market chat? most ppl who have played the game for long are all use to country/world chat... so it might be they never bother market chat..
2nd... when u ban someone after let say 5th warning... what makes u think they will not make a new char and continue with what they were doing before..

Good notion. Choice. I'd like to see that.

H/A, you should have that privilege. With your innate sense of right and wrong the post is tailor made for you (sic).

Kapass, if you don't, which you clearly don't, like the idea why keep hammering on about it? We've heard your negative comments time and time again, bring something fresh and constructive to the table or simply butt out if you have nothing to add. And as for the last bit of negativity in your post, I've mentioned this before and I'll say it again, that's one of the major flaws in this game, the use of multi clients. Makes it all seem too much like rampant masturbation, i.e, too many people playing with themselves.
But, and you may wish to take note of this as it's what I was referring to earlier concerning 'constructive' comments, an IP ban would sort that problem out.

Discuss and (or) flame as your will desires, my good, good friends.

Hug! Hug!
