Again, another useless topic. This is not about making the game better overall. This is about "Others are getting great gears and i dont". If u check the market nowadays compared to no lvl 40 before most people are happy cause they can get mall items cheaply.

Before, its about 1 plat per 100k gold or more. Mall items are almost impossible for non plat buyers.
Nowadays, your gold has value and can actually buy plat items.

The real issue is not about people farming plats its about mall items are stupidly expensive. 50 usd will get you wat? 1k plats ONLY.

Really, have you people observe how the market was without lvl 40? It was near impossible for non plat buyers to have a decent gear.

And, you mention "legit players" to distinguish plat farmers as non legit? makes me laugh lol
We are all in this game trying to take advantage of whatever we have. You have your USD to buy plats, others have none so they take advantage of whatever they have.

I on the other hand has the advantage of both, so keep your whining.

Again, this is just jealousy trying to hide behind "this is good for all" or "i'm only thinking for the good of the  game"

Again this is not another useless topic just because you deem it to be.How is plat farming making the game better, it is not.
Justify it any way you please, oh its improved what the in game economy, What about the Games income, without that income no new updates no new maps, game gold don't pay the people who work on the actual game.
Funny you should say that but plat farmers are still charging 100k per plat there still selling Items overpriced that they scammed the game to get FREE.
There depriving a game of its income. And the issue is not wether or not plats are expensive its a topic about plat farmers.
Legit players are players who don't resort to cheating ie plat farming to enhance and improve there gears  and not all free players plat farm .

I know a few high level   plat buyers who have never plat farmed in the game there the ones who have constantly supported the game, they do not lose most of there real game income if they  ban the plat farmers, why because if they are plat farming they are not buying plats and the game is already losing its income,If one player farms 2k plats a week thats nearly 100 USD, 10 players farming  2k plats a week 1000 USD, 100 players a week plat farming 2k a week 10,000 USD a week. Thats alot of real income to lose.
Now how are the plat farmers the cheaters of the game supporting the game? Are they helping anyone no, Do they sell  plat items from lucky hammers or plats cheaper no they do not, in fact they sell higher than there worth, Example Big Blessed in Mall 50 plats, 1 plat sells for 100k making that Big 5 mill, they try selling for 7 mill, the plat farmers have only lined there pockets, there interest is purely for self benefit, there not doing it to improve the game or any other player its to get a advantage over every one else. and if they are caught  plat farming they should be permanently banned and not warned prior so they can remove the gears to another char.
Whats sad is we have a player on our server who as spent thousands of USD to upgrade his Gweap failed several times to get past +16 never plat farmed, yet a plat farmer can get a +20 at no cost to them, now that stinks.

hmm i dont know  which way to go here lol with rates in game for enchants and upgrades and with 95% of hammers failing to even get lvl 2  i dont see how you can complain so whay if someone gets 20 pt  from a lvl 40 they will most likely use it to get rep oils or something to off set rates in game

oh and i know alot of people that give all mall items from hammers away for free. but yes there are some that try to jack up prices the only thing i can say to that is the stupid people that pay them what they ask are ones that let them just dont buy them price will soon go down to a reasonable rate lol more demand higher prices

still think main reason for plat farming is that high lvl ppl got nothing to do.. new maps and instances will very likely solve the plat farming problem... for a while...

no it just make it faster and easier to level alts for plats. stronger mobs = more exp = more alts. they will spend first week finding safe spots to stick their alts.

Well I understand your point... but it is too late - gms had to ban them back then. Now it is too late. The gms kinda fixed this problem with hummers, so they did try to do something about it...

Can someone be a tad more specific and tell me exactly how many is "too many"? I mean to say, that's leaving it a little too open to interpretation. There are players that I've spoken with that have in excess of 40 accounts. That's going to give an unfair advantage no matter what light you look at it in. Oh! I'm 'whining'.

Hi all ( soz for me english) im not a plat buyer.......i will be easy for me too plvl a alt for plats , but whai lose time plvl a alt too lvl 40 for 20 plats wen in the time i lose plvl it i can make gold and buy item that i need....and i that time probebly i will make more that 20 plat ( in gold).........

how do you know that those ppl really did get their gear by plat farming? i mean it was 100 plat a long long time ago and after that it was 50 plats now 20.   i have over 150% leech on each of my rings on 4 lines i didnt spend one penny on plats nor did i plat farm for it. what i did do was make the gold legally in game. yes it was a lot of work. and yes it took a long time with the lame success rates in this game.  

Sac what i suggest is:  let the GMs do their jobs. if you dont like whats going on in this game quit. dont sit there and cry about someone has better gear then you. be smart build your character stronger then these old plat farmers. because they arent they only ones that are strong. there are a lot of plat queens these days. they spend untold amounts to get their gear.

Its the honest player that the game needs to keep not the damn cheaters of this game.
We had this sort of problem on a game i Moderate for, What did we do with the help of players, yes players we banned permanently in one foul swoop nearly 50 players, no warnings nothing , they lost there chars and all there gears, it stopped the cheating over night, did it help the game yes it did. The only ones to complain was the cheaters themselves, and noone took any notice of them why because they were the ones in the wrong not the players who support the game honestly.
