I honestly don't understand why you are posting this here. Do you have something to prove to your friends? Or maybe to rub it in pp4's face? What are you hoping to achieve? If you want this particular person to be banned, this is not the place to report it. The GMs don't respond to forum threads anymore. Send a ticket. That will more likely gain a response then here.

Chances are its not even scripting. Updates bring about more problems. Why don't you try going to Blaze Cliff yourself? After all, more updates = more bugs.

well Fallen,I checked by using mnem,uptown,portal in sun city already. Emp cant enter magocean and dyna cant enter blaze by any of the aforementioned ways.

Game got glitched. You can actually enter mago without using any scrips

EDIT: yeh, tryed it in blaze, anyways no sence in this you posted
