First you have to be an archer, then on the class transfer, you could choose bounty hunter!

Where do i get silence arrow and mastering assassination, i have been farming in beast camp lvl 37s and 38s and the elites for 2 days now and still no skills, im now lvl 41 lol, any help would be helpful.
