does anyone knows how to use Phosphorus stone and where is this socket. that i need to put this stone on the armor

to use these sockets u need to have a armour or weapon that says u can put a socket stone on it if u got one armour or weapon like that drag the socket stone on the armour in ur inventory then press shift and stop draging it the item u put it in will the atributes from the socket stone

how i use the Breakwind Phosphorus Stone and how
press “Shift”?

Press “Shift” when dragging it to the item with socket, then release “shift”
the item shoule be put in your backpack.
