It is hard to make at skeleton hole III and sky garden.

queen wasp is a zone spawn outside of novice village in among the other wasps. She appears approx every 1/2 hour, just troll around and be patient. she has an elite glow ball floating around her

Umm.. there seems to be something wrong with this guide. After I killed the 10 stonesplitters in the Ordinance quest, instead of being sent to Carter I was asked to kill the queen wasp which respawns every 30 minutes. I have no idea where to look either.
