Premium for Western Union Platinum Buyers

From 18th September 2009, if players buy MWO PTs through Western Union, MWO will provide them with an extra Prize Bag which contains pet amulets, Bliss Exp Crystals, magic tokens and other surprises!
How to claim Prize Bag:
After you buy a code through western union, please send us a ticket with title like “Claim Western Union Prize Bag” to mwo@support.enjoymmo.com with your Money Transfer Control Number (MTCN), Type D or Type E Code Number, In Game Name and Server Name. It will take us at most 48 hours to verify the validity of code and send prize bag to character’s mailbox.
Prize Bags will be divided into two sizes:
One 2.0 Release Present (135) for Type D code buyer
One 2.0 Release Present (340) for Type E code buyer
Let’s take a sneak peek at Prize Bag first:
2.0 Release Present (135): 6 Advanced Pet Amulets, 1 bag (100 pieces) of Magic Tokens, 6 Bliss Exp Crystals (D). 1/200 chance to get a Spiritual Stone and 1/100 chance to get Youngdragon Ring.
2.0 Release Present (340): 10 Advanced Pet Amulets, 2 bags (100 pieces each) of Magic Tokens, 10 Bliss Exp Crystals (D). 1/100 chance to get a Spiritual Stone and 1/60 chance to get Youngdragon Ring.
Make sure there is enough room in your backpack!
Tips:
1. The Prize Bag is aimed at those who buy MWO PT Code via Western Union from 18th September 2009, not including the buyers before the date (18th September 2009).
2. One code for One Prize Bag!

That really is unfair to players who cannot use western union, and can only use paypal, If your going to do a event like this to reward plat buyers it should be ALL plat buyers no matter how you pay.

Its kinda cool what yall r doing but if I was to buy plats I’d rather a garantee to get at least one of the items to make the king ring not just chance

Everytime I have tried to buy plat with Western Union, they refuse to let me. They said they believe this is a possible scam and they wont process the transaction. In addition, they have told me there is a fee of approx 50 to do the transaction as well. Is an additional $50 (1100 additional plat worth?) worth the “possibility” of these items? Hmmmm… I think not

what are you guyz talkin about, in which country u cant use western union, i cant believe, im sure you can, paypal has many restricts, so dont tell me the paypal is easier in some countries, http://www.westernunion.com/info/agentLocator.asp use this if you dont know where you can go for agent

Acully Western Union is chargeing a fee transaction in Middle east which is high ammount according to our currncy exchange to USD , although paypal got restriction but it’s safest way to purchase any thing across the web but the issue that Paypal not supporting much if middle east countries so am Egyptian my self we are not listed in paypal and CachU cards are very over priced here like the 10$ card is sold for 70 EGP which is more than 14$ USD and western union charges a high fee so We Are Doomed to be a middle easter people lol , there must be another way to be able to get plates in middle east like prepaid cards of plats directly to the MWO site and reseller of these cards in middle east and the profit margen could be a lower % than the payment methods avaliable for egyptians and middle easter people .. i’d be more than glad to be a reseller in a way or another to work it out GM i wish you take a look at my post.

Could you send us a ticket to support.enjoymmo.com with the amount of fee on western union in your country? We know that western union charge a mount of fee so we offer more pt for type D and type e card. Also, did you have any cards which is supported by paypal? What’s the restriction on paypal in your country? Could you give us more details? We would like to find a way to resovle your problem!

Ever Since I red this message and promo… i lost my interest to buy Plat card using the fastest and safest mode for me which is mol.com..
If im going to use Western Union to buy Credit.. Western Union Charges USD14.00 for Money Sent of 1 – 200 USD a staright 14.00 lost on my part, on which this 14 USD can stil be used to buy plats….
Im not against any plat buying but hopefully the chance (better 100% sure) to give gift to the plats buyers be extended to us all plat buyers
also by doing this you encourage all players to buy plats since they will know the big difference of play buyers and Plat traders inside the game.
Also try to lessen the price on mall..
and my last suggestion Add additional percentage for plat buyer of 1000 Plat Credit against 150 and 300 plat credits and not the straight 10% for all of them….
with the fact that you always renew it every 20th of the month… as your business strategy… i think it wil be more wiser to do that thing…

We do consider about the fee of charge on western union in some countries, so one will get more pt when using western union comparing to the same mount on paypal or mol.
