“Happy” Farm

Life is a process of sowing and reaping, planting the seeds of hope and looking forward to the harvests. We keep moving forward and make efforts to achieve what we want despite the fact that some of them will make it while some others may fail, a belief that has been illustrated by all of you. This time, to further reward all players who stick to it, we decided to hold an activity called Happy Farm!
During 19:00-20:00 June 30th, Dragonbreath Grass (Lv8), Flowing Cloud Wood (lv8) and Dragon Crystal-mine (lv8) will be set on Golden Plain. As they’re all precious ores and plants that have never appeared on the MWO land before, not only is there a small amount but also they will be under the guardianship of monstrous boss. Here comes the dilemma. Players can choose to either bear assaults from Boss while mining and collecting or kill Boss first. However, the disadvantage is rather obvious in the latter case since other players could steal the fighting fruit while you’re in fierce combat.
No matter which of the tactics you will adopt, it’s all your choice to make!
Bear in mind, no pain no gain!

I have to agree with sunshines sentiments, we have waited a long time for the level 8 materials and we get it for 1 hour only Im sure you could of done a better event than this and added a Event that all levels could have fun partaking in, not a just event that high level skills.

guys seriously if ya wanted to do an event like this as a taste of whats to come then you could of at least done it for a week or something instead of a small 1 hour gap when most players in the world are either working or sleeping which kinda really sucks big time,
at least if ya done the event for a week or something then at least all players could get chance to enjoy the event and look forward to seeing them for real when you release the 2 new maps (soon hopefully) im not gonna bitch and moan im just saying what would of at least been better.

this is retarded, you guys want more and new players to play this game but, you guys create event that only high level 65+ can enjoy or even have a chance on doing it this is completely unfair and suck for new players as well as lower level player….

the event is good if only the time was on the suitable hour which all players have a better chances of getting it. releasing new maps is also a great gift for all players that starting to be bored in same maps as they often be with,hopefully the time slots for the level 8 ore,plats,wood will be justed so everyone can enjoy.thank you…smoke

thankyou GM’s means alot and in future if you ask players before what would be a good idea for events when you think of them and get out opinions and then work out something reasonable the it would be greatly appreciated…. well for me it would anyways lol

cool way to introduce the lvl 8 mats! i agree with summon that it could be longer though…(btw, summon, i appreciate that you arent using ridiculous language and actually using constructive criticism…we need more of that rather than the destructive crap other players use…) THANX GMS

I did the event for me it was 4am, I can say on my server we had no pking from dyny or emps, bosses had a good go, they were killed by the mighty, BP we love you lol, when bosses respawned they froze not that i complained.
Complaints i had was i started mining got 2 single dragon crystal said i could no longer mine, had to leave GP,fortunetely was ok when i came back, other probs was if a rock was at 0% it was still stayin on map and showin a lil health, would of liked more than 5 per rock but beggars cant be choosers.Yes I got what I was after but it still would of been nice to have a event that catered for all players not many could ( thankfully lol) or had a dbl event ie you could mine for em and one where other players could say fight the GM in the erena for em lol,

Some of us just got to the point of being able to mine and was out guned by our rivals due to lack of interest by the high level players on our side. Nice fix for new server’s would be to have event at the state war ( since that was what it was.) Basically 1 side gain more than 90% of the materials. LoL I guess greed got in the way. Could change the name to ( Miners Greed ) Have fun
